Stuffed turkey or chicken with hashweh rice

A pot of one dish serving 4 to 5 people, from $20. Good for a small family table or as an extra dish.
Trays (bil saniyeh) such as kibbeh from $15 to $25 depending on the dish and tray size.
A per-person event package from $25 per person, planned with you for your guest count.

How much does Christmas food cost?
A tanjara (a pot serving 4 to 5 people) starts from $20, baked trays (bil saniyeh) run from $15 to $25, and event packages start from $25 per person. These are starting prices. We send an itemized quote on WhatsApp once we know your dishes and number of guests.
How far ahead should I order for 24 and 25 December?
We recommend ordering at least 5 to 7 days ahead for 24 and 25 December. Last-minute orders are sometimes possible, but they depend on our capacity that week, so message us as early as you can.
Where do you deliver Christmas orders?
We cook in Fanar and deliver to Fanar, Metn, Beirut and Jounieh. If you are outside these areas, ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Can you cater New Year's Eve (réveillon) too?
Yes. The same kitchen cooks for New Year's Eve. Trays and per-person packages work the same way, and the same advance-notice advice applies, so order early for 31 December.
Do you make Christmas desserts or a bûche?
Desserts are not on our standard menu. Ask us on WhatsApp what we can prepare for your Christmas table and we will answer honestly.
