Pour l'iftar du Ramadan, Gourmet Saad prépare à Fanar des plats libanais faits maison : sambousek, kibbeh, fattoush, mloukhieh, légumes farcis, et sur demande soupe de lentilles et riz hashweh au poulet ou à l'agneau. Livraison avant le Maghrib à Fanar, au Metn, à Beyrouth et à Jounieh. Commande la veille par WhatsApp ou téléphone. À partir de 20 $ la tanjara (4 à 5 personnes).
Ramadan 2027: Expected Dates
Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around 8 February 2027 and to end around 9 March 2027 with Eid al-Fitr. These dates are expected, not fixed, and are subject to moon sighting. We confirm your exact delivery days with you once the start of Ramadan is announced. If you already know you want trays on specific evenings, message us early so we can plan the kitchen.

We propose the dishes and send an itemized total. Larger tables: from $25 per person.
Cooked in Fanar and delivered to Fanar, Metn, Jounieh, Beirut so it is ready to serve at iftar.
Need food for the pre-dawn meal too? Ask us the evening before and we tell you what we can prepare.

A Home Kitchen, Not a Banquet Factory
Gourmet Saad is a Lebanese home-cooking kitchen in Fanar, Mount Lebanon, run by Chef Mirna Saad since 2012. Kibbeh is shaped by hand, vegetables are stuffed one by one, and the stews are cooked the way a family cooks for its own iftar table. You message the same number to order, to change a delivery, or to ask a question.

How do I order iftar trays?
Send us a WhatsApp message or call. Tell us the dates, the number of people, your area and the time of Maghrib at your address. Please order the day before. We reply with a proposed menu and an itemized total. There is no online payment.
What time do you deliver for iftar?
We deliver the trays before Maghrib so the food reaches you ready to serve at iftar. Tell us the address and the time you want the food at the door and we plan the route around it.
What can I order for iftar?
From our regular menu: sambousek lahme ($7 per dozen), kibbeh (kebbe lahme from $8 per dozen, kibbeh bil saniyeh from $20 per tray), fattoush ($8 per portion), mloukhieh (from $25 per tanjara), and stuffed vegetables such as kousa mehshi and mehshi malfouf (from $25 per tanjara). On request we also cook lentil soup and hashweh rice with chicken or lamb. Jallab and dates: ask us.
How much does it cost?
A tanjara (a pot serving 4 to 5 people) starts from $20, baked trays are $15 to $25, and per-person packages for larger iftar tables start from $25 per person. We send an itemized total before you confirm.
Can you cater a larger iftar gathering or a family azouma?
Yes. Tell us the date, the number of guests and your area. We propose a menu with soup, mezze, a main dish with rice and salad, and price it per person from $25 per person or by tray.
Do you offer suhoor?
Suhoor is available on request. Message us the evening before with the number of people and what you would like, and we tell you what we can prepare and when it can be delivered.
Where do you deliver?
We cook in Fanar and deliver to Fanar, Metn, Beirut and Jounieh. If you are outside these areas, ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you before Maghrib.
